Our Christmas lighting installation service is designed to make the holiday season the most convenient for you, our customer!  The total service includes everything—installation, service, takedown, and storage at our warehouse. 

Below are some key points to the program:

  1. We maintain ownership of the lights over the duration of the program. This ensures that if the lights fail, we replace them at our cost rather than yours.  Exceptions to this would be acts of vandalism, extraordinary weather conditions, and customer added lights.
  2. We offer a prepay discount and will guarantee that the lights will be up by Thanksgiving with prepayment.
  3. We custom fit the lights and lighting display(s) for each house by professionally cutting and splicing only where it is necessary, so you have a clean look with no wiry mess.
  4. The price for installation & service includes mapping your property, installation, service, take down, and storage.  The price stays the same each year and there are no hidden fees.
  5. Customers earn a 10% credit (Elf Bucks) for each NEW dollar spent each year which can be used the following season to add to the display.  This way, you can progressively upgrade and improve your lighting display from year to year with an incentive to do so.
  6. We are proactive with service calls to check on lights and try to catch problems before you do.
  7. We use appropriate numbers of lights corresponding to the size of the breaker so as not to overload the electrical system and create a hazard for the homeowner.

Pricing

A typical turn-key lease for lights, installation, service, takedown, and storage for a property runs from $500 and up, with an average price of around $800 for residential properties and $1,500 for commercial properties.

What are Elf Bucks?

Elf Bucks are used as an incentive for customers that want to change or upgrade their lighting display from year to year. For every NEW dollar that is spent on an existing lighting display, customers receive a 10% credit (Elf Bucks) to be used the following holiday season on their display.
